Concerts in the Park Sponsorship Agreement

This agreement is between the City of Oregon City’s Parks and Recreation Department and the sponsor of a summer "Concerts in the Park 2005" or "July 4th" event.

Food vendor information will be announced closer to concert time.
Your sponsorship fee is due by June 15, 2005. Please mail your check to Oregon City Parks and Recreation, PO Box 3040, Oregon City, OR 97045. Concerts in the Park are open-air events and, as such, there always is the potential for poor weather. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the sponsorship fee if the weather is unfavorable or if attendance is poor. Please remember, no alcohol is to be served or consumed by anyone on the park premises. If your sponsorship level allows for promotional material to be displayed or handed out, the Director of Parks and Recreation must approve it at least 48 hours prior to the event. The Sponsor agrees to the conditions listed above.
